The construction of this dolly combines strength and durability with a light overall weight. One man can manoeuvre easily.

Designed to tow in train. Materials used are of the highest quality and all components are easily maintained or replaced with minimum effort. No special tools required.

SPECIFICATION

CHASSIS
One piece welded construction with outer walls folded from high grade steel to provide a light weight yet robust structure which is capable of withstanding reasonable collision impacts. Fork lift pockets in chassis rearwall. Chassis size: 2670mm (105") x 3350mm (132")

TOP DECK
4 lane roller deck with pallets feeding on narrow edge. Loading height 508mm (20"). Total walk over surface - Anti slip. Lift up stops to retain pallets. Rollers are 350mm x 63mm dia. with 3.25mm wall. Spring loaded shafts and sealed bearings. Zinc plated finish.
 

BRAKES
Park brake operates on rear wheel hubs and is actuated by raising towbar. Pivoting towbar with 76mm (3") eye. Mounted on wide edge of dolly. Spring loaded rear tow hitch.

UNDERCARRIAGE

FRONT
Swivel castor assemblies with twin wheels on rocking axles. Axles have taper bearing hubs with 4 stud fixings.

REAR
Fixed castor assemblies with twin wheels on rocking axles. Axles have taper bearing hubs with 4 stud fixings, expanding caliper brake drums.

8 wheels fitted with 4.00 x 75 x 8 solid rubber tyres.

FINISH
Hot dip galvanized to ISO 1461. Dayglow paint to chassis corners. Reflective hazard striping.
